My yoga journey

My journey through the practice of yoga began at the age of 20 at my local gym in London where I spent the next few years exploring different disciplines including Ashtanga, Iyengar, bikram and Kundalini.
Introduced to the practice of Jivamukti yoga by a friend, I instantly understood to be in the right place so that after practicing regularly for 7 years, I became a Jivamukti Yoga teacher, gaining 800 hours qualification.

Practicing for years exclusively at the Jivamukti centre in London, I have deepened my appreciation and passion for this wonderful method that has provided me with strong physical practice, with emotional and mental wellbeing and with a deep understanding of the connection between the body and mind. In order to acquire new skills to add to my practice, I completed 300 hours budokon training, in Miami, allowing me to synchronize classical yoga with martial arts, calisthenics, animal locomotion and life science.

By constantly finding ways to evolve my practice and knowledge through the art of yoga, I strongly believe in its potential to energise, empower and transform everyone’s life.  My will is to motivate and challenge my students to go over the limits set in their minds, to become more present in their bodies and, of course, to have fun.
The welcoming family of students and teachers continues to daily reinvigorate my yoga’s adventure, which challenges, supports, and expands my own experience of life.

So often in life we look for the answers outside ourselves. The truth is, everything we need and all that we are, can only be found within.
